SureGuide GeCKOv2 CRISPR Plasmid Libraries

Agilent’s SureGuide GeCKOv2 CRISPR Plasmid Libraries contain ready-to-package lentiviral plasmids to enable CRISPR knock-out screening of all exonic sequences across the human and mouse genomes. Developed by and licensed from the Broad Institute at MIT, Agilent’s GeCKOv2 libraries miss fewer genes and provide more uniform representation across the genome. The libraries are packaged in pSGLenti lentiviral plasmids to allow constitutive gRNA expression, puromycin selection and green fluorescent protein monitoring.
