SureTag Labeling Kits provide all necessary reagents for efficient sample fragmentation, enzymatic labeling and clean-up. The SureTag DNA Labeling Kits generate robust cyanine-labeled genomic DNA targets for optimal hybridization signals with high signal-to-noise ratio and low probe-to-probe variability.
Manufactured under in an ISO 13485 certified facility, the kits provide more accurate and reproducible results by improving CGH sample preparation. A complete workflow for many Agilent microarray-based applications is included such as CGH, CGH+SNP, CNV, ChIP-on-chip and DNA methylation.

- Superior results and a complete workflow for Agilent microarray-based applications such as CGH, CGH+SNP, CNV, ChIP-on-chip and DNA methylation.
- The kit is validated for use with Agilent microarrays.
- Sufficient reagents are included for 50 labeling reactions (or 100 reactions for the 8-pack system).
- Minimal consumption is ensured with the following required sample amounts per reaction
- 500 ng genomic DNA or 3 μg amplified genomic DNA.
- The DNA labeling kit is available with (P/N 5190-4240) and without reference DNA (P/N 5190-3400).
- Agilent reference DNA has been validated for use with the CGH+SNP microarrays.
- Agilent recommends using the SureTag Complete DNA Labeling kit which also includes Genomic Reference DNA (P/N 5190-4240) for a complete solution.
