Agilent Launches New Surfactant Profiling HPLC Columns to Quickly and Reproducibly Characterize Non-ionic Surfactants and Degradation Products

The new AdvanceBio Surfactant Profiling HPLC columns are designed to quickly and reproducibly characterize non-ionic surfactants and their degradation products, particularly in biologic formulation buffer. The unique selectivity of this reversed-phase column allows for excellent separation and high resolution of the various components of the surfactants. The 3.5 μm particle size allows for robustness with samples in heavy matrix such as formulation buffer, while maintaining excellent separations.
